This kid does not have better name for his car...

Err...how come the registration plate is not combination of letters and numbers? e.g PEN 15, PUK 1, DR 6161, PCB 9394, CKP (chi ko pek) 584, PEP 51, BAB 1 etc.

they have the standard plate which quite similar to those PEN 1111 or CKP 5834 and bla bla bla. But you also allow to customise your own plate. if not mistaken is $60 per character. That's why this boy end up cari pasai with his plate.

ganja, weed, grass, those words are common, cops know what are they...
this one is worst still, he put the leaves sticker on side which gives more visible clues.
